Ujjibon is a blooming career counselling and community organization aspiring to build a forum that will assist the unengaged midlife to enhance their skills and be self-dependent furthermore directing on the SDGs of our country. Ujjibon pledges to keep manoeuvring until the youth of this country arise to be the mascot of attainment and accomplishment. We "𝘛𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘗𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺".

Our event ‘The Prowess Blaze’ is dedicated to helping our curious midlife perceive their skills and achieve their goals. The word “Prowess” itself speaks about the expertise hidden in oneself which is capable enough to “Blaze” all the impediments one could face in the pathway of achieving triumph. The Possibilities Clique is that one center where you can grow and bloom. This is a community for all of the upcoming chances to accumulate and make a difference on your road to self-dependency. People who will be enhanced in the UJJIBON community will be able to display, promote, and provide opportunities. Here, showing skills will not be the sole focus; rather, turning in resources for one's future strong point in revenue growth will be encouraged.
Ujjibon aiming to ensure the stance of its motto “Target Every Possibilities” will try it’s best to connect people to people, people to purpose and people to the community of possibilities.

Every year goes by, and we look back only to see how we could have done better in life. To change this scenario and to make sure that you reminisce while patting yourself on the back, Ujjibon is here with its first ever OFFLINE CAREER EVENT that serves you with knowledge, prizes, and a lifetime experience.
Opportunities Uprising 1.0 is a 1 day (hybrid) career event that includes seminars, competitive segments, a tour of the corporate world, fun activities along with teachings and prizes, certificates, foods, and more! This event will provide you with the skills and resources you need to improve your career and make the most of your opportunities. The 1 day event is a great chance to explore career options and learn about the latest trends in the field. With keynote speakers from top companies and organizations, as well as sessions on everything from soft skills to being determined to pursue your passion, there is something for everyone!
The Proficient's Arena
So far, the young people have been active architects in global development and continue to be engaged in the frameworks and processes that support its implementation. But as a teen or underaged it is only possible to contribute in it if we take the initiative to demonstrate our expertise and create a platform full of skilled youth and surely then, this particular community that we’ve built together will be a great turn in the field of sustainable development goals. As there won't be a single individual here who doesn't acknowledge their own worth, potential, and expertise, all of which are capable of providing him with a self-sufficient life if given the chance. And it is through this self-reliance that the SDGs may indeed be targeted successfully. Aspiring to do something in order to come in help of the country completing it’s SDGS was the result of this Event
Pathway to Prosperity
Ujjibon initiated its journey with the goal of aiding the youth of Bangladesh in becoming self-reliant while making major economic contributions that support the SDGs of the nation. And with all the obstacles conquered and the accomplishments made, the vision has now become stronger and firmer in 2023 as we successfully completed Ujjibon’s 2 years.
In a fast-growing country like Bangladesh, some people grow up with a dream. Some people opt to make their parents' dreams come true. While others remain ambiguous and inclined to wherever their life takes them. The fact that all of these are about the destination raises the question: What do they actually know about their journey? And is it possible to receive the appropriate direction from academic institutions alone?
Ujjibon as a career counseling & community platform is introducing you to its indelible project in Bangladesh “Pathway To Prosperity” pioneering the significance of acquiring knowledge of career paths in today’s job circuit. It also widens the door of its flagship title “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀” for every individual across the country to advance with whatever skills they have. The long-term project includes two measures to achieve its objective. The first would include establishing 1-Day hybrid events held at multiple institutions, and the second would involve introducing Junior Corporates.
